General Play Update Community Workshop

FROM THE DESK OF CITY COUNCIL DISTRICT 1 REPRESENTATIVE ERIC JOYCE:

The City of Oceanside is currently updating its General Plan. The General Plan is the guiding document for all development and future policy making in a wide range of topics.

Public comment on the project deliverables and DEIR will end on July 29. Our office is currently working through the draft plans and providing our own feedback but we are providing a Community Workshop because the plan is over 1000 pages and in “city speak”. Hopefully we can help you and your neighbors better access the plans, so you can also provide your thoughts on these important issues.
